1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VibeCity ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Beta Service

VibeCity is currently in beta. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change, be added, or removed at any time. We are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions during the beta period.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use VibeCity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform
• Impersonate other users or public figures
• Stream content that violates copyright laws

5. viCall & viSession

VibeCity offers viCall (paid viewer-to-host calls) and viSession (paid 1-on-1 sessions). Payment processing and full monetization features are coming soon. During beta, these features may be limited or non-functional.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and stream on VibeCity. By streaming, you grant VibeCity a non-exclusive license to display your content on the Platform.

7. AI Moderation

VibeCity uses AI-powered content moderation. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Moderation decisions may not always be perfect during beta.

8. Limitation of Liability

VibeCity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
